零容忍政策 / Zero tolerance

我們不容忍不當內容或濫用服務的使用者。禁止騷擾、霸凌、威脅、仇恨言論、色情、兒少性剝削、鼓勵暴力、詐騙、垃圾訊息，以及未經同意揭露他人的私人資訊或位置。不得透過暱稱、頭像、聊天、地點分享、評論或投票傳送這類內容。
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, pornography, child sexual exploitation, encouragement of violence, scams, spam, and disclosure of another person's private information or location without consent are prohibited. This applies to profiles, avatars, messages, shared places, reviews and polls.

過濾與審查 / Filtering and moderation

分享內容會經過安全檢查。不當內容會被拒絕或移除，需要審查的內容會暫時保留、不對其他人顯示。請只分享你有權分享的內容，不要嘗試規避安全檢查。
Shared content is subject to safety checks. Objectionable content may be rejected or removed, and content requiring review may be withheld from other users. Only share content you have the right to share; do not evade safety checks.

檢舉與封鎖 / Reporting and blocking

在好友列表、聊天室或內容旁使用「檢舉」。封鎖會立即隱藏對方內容、停止聯絡，並通知開發者審查。你可以在好友列表的「已封鎖」區解除封鎖。檢舉不會將你的身分透露給被檢舉者。
Use Report in the friends list, chat or beside content. Blocking immediately hides that person's content, stops contact and notifies the developer for review. Manage blocks in the friends list. We do not disclose the reporter's identity to the reported user.

24 小時內處理 / Action within 24 hours

我們會在收到不當內容檢舉後 24 小時內處理，移除違規內容並停權或移除提供該內容的違規使用者。若內容遭誤判，請透過下方信箱聯絡我們。
We act on objectionable-content reports within 24 hours of receipt, removing offending content and suspending or ejecting the user responsible. Contact us below if you believe a decision was mistaken.

安全資料 / Safety records

為調查檢舉，我們保留條款同意版本與時間、檢舉原因、必要的內容證據、相關帳號與處理紀錄。安全證據只供授權管理者審查；位置訊息檢舉不保留精確座標。刪除聊天或帳號不一定同時刪除調查所需的受限安全紀錄。詳見隱私權政策。
For safety investigations we retain consent version and time, report reasons, necessary content evidence, relevant account identifiers and moderation records. Evidence is restricted to authorized administrators; reports of location messages do not retain precise coordinates. Deleting a chat or account may not erase restricted records still needed for an investigation. See our Privacy Policy.
