本網站（好想去，以下稱「本服務」）是一個個人專案，讓使用者將自己在 Instagram 上分享的美食、飲品、住宿與景點貼文整理成個人地圖。
This site ("the Service") is a personal project that lets a user organize food, drink, hotel, and attraction posts shared on Instagram into a personal map.
當你分享的貼文標記了某個商家帳號（@帳號），我們會透過 Meta 的官方 API 查詢該帳號公開的 Instagram 商業檔案——名稱、自我介紹與網站——只用來為你自己地圖上的這個地點命名與定位（例如從自我介紹裡的地址放上地圖釘）。這些資料只會出現在你自己的地圖上，不會放進跨使用者共享的店家資料庫，也不會出現在探索頁或任何公開頁面。查詢結果最多快取 30 天，快取中不保存帳號名稱。若你（或該商家帳號）希望刪除這些資料，請寄信到下方聯絡信箱並註明帳號名稱。
When a post you share tags a business account (@handle), we look up that account's public Instagram business profile — its name, bio and website — through Meta's official API, only to name and locate that place on your own map (for example, pinning it from an address in the bio). This data appears only on your own map: it never enters the business directory shared across users, and never appears on the Discover feed or any public page. Lookups are cached for up to 30 days, and the cache does not store account usernames. To ask us to delete this data (as a user, or as the business account), email the address below and name the account.

Your account and place data are used only to provide the Service's core function (showing your own curated places on a map). We do not sell or rent your personal data.

The Service's Discover feed and place pages show information about public businesses — name, address, coordinates, category, and how many different maps have saved it. The shared directory admits only two kinds of place: OpenStreetMap open data, and places shared by users who have turned on "Contribute to Discover" that OpenStreetMap confirms. Your shares are included only after you turn that option on, and only as venue facts; captions, post links and your account never enter the shared directory. Turning it on also counts the places you saved before. Venues created from users' shares before this option existed are hidden from other users and visitors (kept, and restorable); one comes back only when OpenStreetMap confirms it or a user who turned the option on has saved it. Save counts are computed from one-way hashes that can answer "how many different maps" but not "whose map", and a venue saved by only a few maps is not shown on the public pages visitors see without signing in.

We record when you turned it on or off and which version of this policy was in force. Turning it off stops including your future shares and immediately removes your map from every save count; a venue that existed only because of your shares is also taken out of the shared directory. Deleting a place from your map likewise withdraws your map's save of that venue.
為了辨識你分享的貼文裡是哪一家店、它在哪裡，貼文的說明文字、封面圖片或連結可能會交給下列服務處理。它們只為這個目的收到必要的內容，不會收到你的密碼。
To work out which place a post you shared is about and where it is, the post's caption, cover image or link may be sent to the services below. Each receives only what that step needs, and none receives your password.

The Service's public pages may show ads served by Google. Google and its partners use cookies to serve and measure ads; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or adjust your own settings at Google Ad Center.
若你位於歐洲經濟區、英國或瑞士，首次造訪時會出現同意選項，由 Google 認證的同意管理平台（CMP）呈現；你可以隨時透過該平台的入口更改選擇。未取得同意時，只會放送非個人化廣告。
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you will be asked for your choices on first visit through a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP), and you can change them at any time from that platform's control. Where consent is not given, only non-personalised ads are served.
已登入且持有點數或已購買內容包的帳號不會看到廣告。廣告是用來分擔本服務的地圖與 AI 費用，已經付費的人不需要再被收一次。
Signed-in accounts holding credit or an owned pack are not shown ads. Advertising exists to offset the Service's mapping and AI costs, and someone who has already paid toward those should not be charged twice.
若你設定了救援 Email，我們會在你要求重設密碼時，透過第三方郵件服務商寄出一組一次性驗證碼給那個地址；除此之外不會寄任何信給你。你也可以改用 Instagram 私訊我們取得驗證碼——這種方式不需要提供 Email，我們也不會因此取得你的 Email。
If you set a recovery email, we send a one-time code to that address through a third-party email provider when you ask to reset your password, and send you nothing else. You can instead get a code by messaging us on Instagram — that route needs no email address and gives us none.
你可以隨時自行刪除帳號：登入後開啟「🔗 登入方式」，使用「刪除帳號」功能，帳號與個人地點資料將移除；仍需調查的受限安全紀錄依下述規則處理。也可以寄信至下方聯絡信箱要求刪除。
You can delete your own account at any time: after logging in, open "🔗 登入方式" and use the delete-account option — the account and personal place data are removed; restricted safety records still needed for investigations are handled as described below. You may also request deletion via the email below.
刪除帳號時，你的地圖對共用店家目錄的所有收藏也會一併移除。你也可以寄信要求刪除任何由你的 Instagram 分享衍生的資料，我們會在收到後處理。Deleting your account also removes every save your map contributed to the shared venue directory. You may also write to us to have any data derived from your Instagram shares deleted, and we will act on it once received.

We record the version and time of terms acceptance. Reports and blocks notify administrators and retain relevant account identifiers, reasons, necessary content evidence and moderation records for investigation and prevention of repeated abuse. Location-message evidence excludes precise coordinates. Only authorized administrators can access safety evidence. Reporter identities are not disclosed to reported users. Records are retained only as needed for investigation, appeals, abuse prevention or legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified.
